Electric Plum, LLC. was founded by Shaun Sullivan in 2011 after securing a successful round of private equity investment. Shaun has over 21 years of technology experience. Previously he was the Vice President and CTO of Blackbaud, a position he held for 10 years. Shaun helped lead the company's technical vision and strategy.

Prior to being named CTO, Shaun rose through the company in various roles over an 11 year period. From technical support, to product development, management and ultimately the executive level. This history affords Shaun a unique perspective on the customer experience.

As a member of the senior leadership team he helped steer the company from a small private firm to become the largest provider of software to non profits in the world. In 2004 Blackbaud completed its IPO (NASDAQ symbol BLKB).

Shaun played key leadership, technology and design roles on Blackbaud's flagship product The Raiser's Edge, throughout the majority of the products 25+ year history. Shaun was fortunate enough to be able to lead the core technology and research team at Blackbaud which recently released the company's revolutionary Infinity platform.

A passionate and knowledgeable speaker, he was a frequent presenter at company and 3rd party conferences world wide on topics ranging from the company's technology and product roadmaps to technical strategy, vision, and execution.
